Kathrine Lee
Co-Founder, CEO & Board Member
Kathrine is a highly sought after life and business strategist. She is the Founder & Co-Creator of The Ultimate Source, a faith-based personal development system that teaches practical application of essential life skills.
Kathrine is an internationally recognized speaker and has touched millions with her message of hope and transformation. You may recognize Kathrine from one of her appearances on the Oprah Winfrey Show or by reading her story in O Magazine.
Michael Lee
Co-Founder, Pure Hope Ranch Director
Michael has been involved in corporate training & management since 1992. He worked for 10 years as a National Sales Manager in the banking industry.
He is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Decision Health Services, Inc. As Director of Business Relations for Pure Hope Foundation, Michael oversees the relationships with the companies and causes that PHF supports. He is also the “man behind the scenes” for every event at Pure Hope Ranch and around the world.
